Mr Abbas Nawrozzadeh is a highly experienced Consultant Solicitor with over 15 years’ expertise in criminal defence, regulatory matters, and complex white-collar crime investigations. Abbas has extensive experience dealing with investigations and prosecutions brought by agencies including the Serious Fraud Office (SFO), National Crime Agency (NCA), Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), HMRC, and Interpol. Narges qualified as a solicitor in 2003. She is fluent in English and several Persian dialects, including Farsi spoken in Iran and parts of the Persian Gulf region, Dari Persian spoken in Afghanistan, and Tajik Persian spoken in Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
Narges practises in immigration law, commercial and residential conveyancing, and dispute resolution. She has substantial experience dealing with a wide range of immigration applications, including both points-based and non-points-based matters. Her expertise includes representative of overseas business visas, human rights applications, appeals, and judicial review challenges against decisions of the Secretary of State.
In addition to her immigration practice, Narges has extensive experience in both commercial and residential property transactions, including matters involving sanctions compliance and anti-money laundering considerations. Milad Shojaei is a common law barrister with specialist expertise in family and criminal law. He is regularly instructed in complex and high-conflict proceedings, including contested fact-finding hearings, serious allegations of abuse, private children disputes, and appellate matters. His criminal practice complements his family work, particularly in cases involving grave allegations, credibility challenges, and detailed evidential analysis.

W v W [2025] EWFC 356 — Successfully appealed to the High Court, overturning a Circuit Judge’s refusal of permission to apply for a section 8 Children Act order.
W v W [2025] EWFC 452 — Appeared in further High Court appellate proceedings arising from the same litigation, addressing complex procedural and welfare considerations.
NT v PM [2024] EWFC 263 (B) — Represented the father in a published fact-finding hearing involving extremely serious allegations, including rape and coercing an abortion. Following sustained forensic cross-examination and detailed evidential challenge, the court rejected those allegations. He further succeeded in securing findings that the mother’s conduct amounted to psychological abuse and caused emotional harm to his client.
